Creating highly stylized 2D pixelated visuals in 3D game engine

I was interested in the visual design of the mystery-solving game Urban Myth Dissolution Center, which combines monochrome pixelated retro style with some 3D-esque visual effects, like depth of field and bloom.
Therefore, I tried to recreate and apply the same styles to a 3D world in Unreal Engine. I utilized multiple Post Process Materials, and relied heavily on Custom nodes, which allow me to write HLSL shaders.
I analyzed references and summarized the artistic patterns, then conducted experiments on post process algorithms in order to achieve a result closer to the original game.
